This is not a standalone template. It is an Elementor template that comes within the Mighty Addon Plugin. Mighty Addon is a free Elementor plugin that offers you a library of ready to use section and template kits along with amazing widgets.
So if you want to use this template, you need to install the Mighty Addons plugin. Once you have installed it, simply create a new page and import the template from Mighty Addons library.
